There’s an African proverb about parenting that “it takes a village to raise a child.” At HCM, we take that same approach when it comes to managing your financial resources. Each HCM client has a team assigned to them that cares for your short and long-term financial health. That team is led by the Advisor, a person you likely interact with the most. In general, Advisors help you determine the best savings, spending, and tax approaches specific to you.
Supporting our Advisors behind the scenes are talented Client Service Representatives (CSRs). These individuals take care of the technical work needed to ensure your plan is implemented correctly. Every client and Advisor have a CSR supporting their relationship.
CSRs handle a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Processing distribution requests.
- Updating account information like beneficiary changes.
- When you need money fast it’s our CSR team who executes money transfers for you.
- •Depositing checks and processing asset transfers to and from other custodians. They can also open and set up new accounts for clients and their families.
We are so proud of our CSR team and the talents that they share. If you haven’t met your CSR in person yet, please ask your Advisor to have them stop in next time you’re visiting the office.
