Receptionist/Office Assistant

Background

HCM Wealth Advisors is a Fee Only Registered Investment Advisor firm working in conjunction with HG CPA firm in Cincinnati, OH.  We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide general office support with a variety of support activities and related tasks.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally administer incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
  • Prepare conference rooms
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and sorting and distributing mail
  • Use CRM system to document and manage action items
  • Assist with coordinating office events
  • Assists in the receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • In addition to these duties and responsibilities, perform other tasks assigned by direct manager or management team

  • Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be able to express themselves effectively both in writing and verbally and present a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Be able to work well within a team and communicate efficiently with clients

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in a customer service or related capacity
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
